Terms and Conditions

By purchasing one or more products at the park entrance or online through the Acqua Plus Water Park web site, you are automatically agreeing to be unconditionally bound to the following Terms and Conditions:

No entry to the park without payment.

In the case you will be using the Acqua Plus Water Park bus service and transfer, you are automatically agreeing to be unconditionally bound to the following Terms and Conditions:

Acqua Plus Water Park Transfer

You agree to let us search bags or other goods in your possession or your locker immediately upon request.

Due to safety requirements, physical and height restrictions apply on some rides.

To ride the big slides a person must be over 1200mm in height.

You agree to abide by all ride instructions and safety directions of staff.

Acqua Plus Water Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons for non-adherence to conditions of entry, failing to follow staff or signage instruction, unsociable behavior (including unsocial language), violence, theft, vandalism, intoxication, use or influence of elicit substances, inadequate supervision of persons under your care and queue line jumping.

By purchasing a ticket you accept that your image may be taken and recorded by surveillance equipment for security and monitoring purposes and that all such images and recordings are the sole property of Acqua Plus Water Park.

Acqua plus Water Park does not allow alcohol, drugs, food or drinks to be brought into the park.

Acqua Plus Water Park does not allow food of any kind into the park, without express written approval from the park General Manager.

No Animals may be brought into the premises with the exception of animals for disability assistance.

The standard opening hours may change due to facility bookings, inclement weather or other factors which may close the park.

E-Tickets, Season Passes, Holiday Passes, general entry or any other offers are not valid when the park is closed.

CASH LESS SYSTEM

ACQUA PLUS WATER PARK is one of the first in Europe to introduce a cashless system for payments within the park. A bracelet with a unique barcode helps visitors to buy the products and services they need without the use of credit cards or cash.

During your entrance to the park a special waterproof wristband is been positioned on the hand of all visitors regardless if they have bought a ticket online, from a travel agent or from the entrance. ATTENTION. DO NOT REMOVE IT. It will be removed during your exit from the park.

Please note that each wristband carries a unique identification number which allows you to purchase products or services up to €100 which will be paid at the exit of the park. Bracelets are not transferable.

Bracelets are required to access the slides, inflatable and some other attractions in the park.

The wristbands for children have a 12Euro limit. This is to protect parents and avoid a large bill at the end of the day. At the same time it gives the opportunity to children to learn how a bar code works. Children below 5 years old do not get a bracelet.

In case you lose your wristband there is a penalty of 100Euro. This is to ensure that the holder of the bracelet knows that he is responsible for it and will make sure that his or her bracelet will not fall in to wrong hands and used by others.

Please note that the bracelet is connected via number to your voucher, and the time you entered the park.

Please contact reception in case of loss immediately if lost or cut.

Supervision and responsibility:

All children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on the premises.

As a guardian it is your responsibility to assess the swimming abilities and limitations of children under your care.

The owners and operators of the premises (Acqua Plus Water park) are not liable for and you irrevocable release them from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on these premises.

For camping teams, schools and other groups that include children below the age of 14 years old the person responsible is the team leader and his or her assistants. The owners and operators of the premises (Acqua Plus Water park) are not liable for and you irrevocable release them from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on these premises.

Health and Physical Requirements:

To ensure the safety of patrons and staff, some activities may enforce an age, height, weight limits and/or clothing requirements.

Patrons with medical conditions are responsible for assessing whether they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain.

Patrons with casts, footwear, piercing, wristwatch, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any water slides and may be restricted on certain rides. If uncertain of the restrictions for each ride, please ask staff or check signs prior to participating.

In accordance with hygiene considerations, all children who are not toilet-trained are required to wear waterproof nappies whilst using aquatic activities.

Broadcasting copyrights

Photography, movies or videos:

Photography, movies or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for commercial purpose (must be of your own family or friends only)..

Locker Hire:

Lockers are available for hire for a price according to size, for the storing of personal belongings.

It is your responsibility to ensure your locker is secured properly at all times during the period of hire. We are not responsible for the loss of any property from your locker due to your incorrect use.

We reserve the right to open, search, and empty any locker if any illegal activity is suspected. At no time shall any dangerous, flammable or illegal substances or equipment be stored in a locker.

Acqua Plus Water Park, the owners, its staff and operators are not responsible for any stolen goods either within the park areas or in the parking area. The water park rents lockers for a price at the shop.

Acqua Plus Water Park E-Ticket

Use of an Acqua Plus Water Park E-Ticket confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions under which the ticket was purchased.

E-Tickets are available for slides only. General pool entry, Season Passes, Birthday Parties, Functions, locker hire and other services provided by Acqua Plus Water Park must be purchased at park entry or while in the park.

E-Tickets are valid until the end of the current season (30th of September 2016).

Once expired E-Tickets cannot be refunded or extended.

E-Tickets are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used in conjunction with other offers.

An E-Ticket is valid for use on any day the park is open to the General Public as per the Opening Times shown at www.acquaplus.gr

E-Tickets are not valid when the park is closed.

An E-Ticket can only be used for single holder and entitles the holder to one only entry to the park. All Barcodes are tracked by our system and can only be used once.

E-Tickets are not exchangeable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Season Tickets and Golden Passes should be accompanied with the passport or any other form of identification document.

Delivery Process:

E-Tickets for entry to Acqua Plus Water Park are only available from the Acqua Plus Water Park website and should not be purchased from any other supplier or individual.

All ticket prices are in Euro and are inclusive of V.A.T. and other taxes.

Acqua Plus Water Park will collect personal information during the process of purchasing an E-Ticket. This information may be collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must complete, Online, all relevant details throughout the process of purchasing an E-Ticket. If your purchase is successful you will receive 1 email containing your purchase receipt and your attached E-Tickets.

Your credit or debit card will be debited at the time of purchase. All credit and debit card purchases are made through a secure payment facility.

Once purchased you are required to print out each E-Ticket and bring them with you or present your E-ticket on your smart phone to gain entry into Acqua Plus Water Park.

The E-Ticket will be scanned for validation purposes when you arrive at the park and where validated entry to the park will be granted under our Terms and Conditions.

Where the E-Ticket is not validated access to the park will not be granted.

Acqua Plus Water Park Reserves the right to alter Prices, Terms and Conditions without notice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Acqua Plus Water Park has a no refund policy which is inclusive but not limited to, incorrect purchases, inclement weather, closure of slides for maintenance, safety, or act of god, or other reasons.

No refunds are payable in the event if a ride or park closure for any purpose outside our control.

Acqua Plus Water Park Reserves the right to alter Prices, Terms and Conditions without notice.

No offers or discount codes or any other form of price reduction applys after the purchase of the E-Ticket.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain security of the E-Ticket. Lost or Stolen E-tickets will not be refunded by Acqua Plus Water Park.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
